These remarks were designed for preventing troubles in your booking demand due to misunderstandings during your booking. Any information about your CREDIT CARD is not asked in the form below due to your safety.
After you complete the form, booking officer of Kızılkaya Hotel will make contact with you in 24 hours and answer your booking demand according to occupancy rate of our hotel. Information about your credit card will be asked after your booking is confirmed according to this communication done with our booking department.

You should inform us for canceling your booking no later than 72-hour according to your check-in date. Booking cancellation demands, which were not notified to our booking department, are deemed as "no-show".
Please call directly an officer in our booking department for your group bookings.
Kızılkaya Hotel warrants that it shall keep the data given by you through the form confidential and shall not disclose them to third persons and companies.
